My girlfriend is insecure and doesn't trust me?

i understand y she would be worried about that but ur right she shouldnt take it back out on you. if u guys are really serious about each other then she should trust u...after i believe you said 8 months and you havent cheated on her she she take that as u never will...trust can sometimes be a tricky task but it is the most important thing ina relationship besides intamacy and fun besides that. its the long distance that can make her a little suspicious but she shouldnt be that worried all the time. my suggestion is get together with her and give a talk about how much she measn to you and how u wouldnt ever think of cheating on her...tell her she means the world to you and u would never want to lose her over an accusation that was false or something along those lines...be creative...expose your heart and explain to her how important she is to you and maybe thatll help
