Facebook Privacy Help?

Kso here's the thing, I want my profile pictures, about me, relationship status, birthday & political views to be viewed by EVERYONE. And I've changed it to those setting in the privacy settings.. But everything is still blocked on my profile to people I'm not friends with!!!!! HELP
