Can anyone give me a reasonable argument for why I should have a higher opinion of Tupac?

he was good during his time (the struggling gangster life bullshit) but if you compare him to modern rap... you just cant rap has evolved to much from underground to mainstream. and honestly his flow isn't that great, but at the same time he changed the whole rap game
