I think got my girl pregnant....need help?

ok so heres the thing, me and my girlfriend had for the 1st time about 2 weeks ago, and it was my 1st but not hers.....so we start and i used a condom and i checked before and after and it didnt break, then right after i came i pulled it out and took the condom off and checked it again and it wasnt broke.....we were eager to go again so right after i took the 1st condom off i tried to put the 2nd one on, but i wasnt hard enough, so i garbed my and tried to make it hard again, and at the moment i didnt notice but i think i might have got the sperm that was on my on my hand ....and now im worried that i could have gotten sperm on the outside of the 2nd condom and gotten her pregnant.....i need advice, im worried that i coulda gotten some in her, but im not 1oo%.....??????
