34 weeks pregnant and getting headaches for a week straight!?

I have been getting headaches for a week straight now. They come off and on everday! I also see spots every once in a while! The spots have been going on for a few weeks now, but I have been checked for preeclampsia when i first saw the spots (which was a few weeks ago), it was negative. I've tried taking tylenol, it doesnt work, tylenol never really worked for me!! I havent ever had high blood pressure either, so I dont know what to do. What do you guys think?
