In the context of Toronto Blue Jays Stadium seating what does "Excel King" mean?

I've been e-mailing my brother-in-law about seeing a Blue Jays game with my brother, when talking about different seats we discussed dugout seats and nosebleed seats both of which I understand but he's just mailed about Excel King. I've no idea what this means and Googling hasn't helped. Any ideas?
