The problem with tasers is that they empower 'bozos'?

Nice idea, but tasers reveal the phscological shortcomings of the operater all to clearly. If I dont vacate my seat at the end of the next sporting event quickly enough will I be tasered. If I am having a heart attack and appear to be drunk, I probably deserve a jolt for that too in someones eyes. Even a bozo wouldnt shoot someone with a real gun for these transgressions but with a taser - authoritarian bozos rule. That poor Polish guy.
