Nagging mother-in-law HELP with an inappropriate question?

You should snap! You have 2 reasons, one, your pregnant, perfect cover up. Hee hee! and two, She's a nosy *****, and she needs to be put in her place. Obviously, she doesn't care about how you feel, why should you care about how she feels? I'm preg with twins and I personally wouldn't hesitate to tell someone off.
