I may have an STD. Will that prevent me from getting life insurance?

A few weeks ago I went in for my yearly testing. I did this mainly because I was not trusting of my last partner who I found out had a very loose life. The blood work has come back and I am negative for HIV, Hepatitis, and Syphilis. However, the urine test have not come back which test for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and those types. Well today my life insurance company came to take blood and urine on me to make sure I am in good health. If i happen to be positive for those other things, would they hurt my chances at getting life insurance? I know those things are curable but I wonder how they would weigh in as a worse case scenario.
