Acid Reducer During Pregnancy ??? 7 Weeks along?

i have really bad acid reflex ... i get the worst hurt burn ever... i am use to taking 3 pills a day and now have not taken any since ive found out but... i am hurting so bad.. is it safe or at least sem- safe to take acid reducer
