13th birthday party ideas?

im having a thirteenth birthday party and i want it to be really big. im inviting like 100 people and we are renting a place to have it the problem is i need themes! my birthday is in january so i was thinking maybe a winter wonder land theme?? im not aloud to spend allot of money though. it is a boy and girl party.
